Job summary

Taylor Steel Inc. is seeking a motivated bilingual Account Representative to join our Sales Team in Stoney Creek, Ontario. You will manage an assigned account base, process orders, coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, Scheduling and Shipping, and ensure on-time delivery and pricing accuracy.

This full-time role requires fluent French and English, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. You will build lasting relationships, provide reports, and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• Post-secondary education in Business or related field.
• Previous B2B sales experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CRM experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring pricing, product details, delivery requirements, and terms align with approved quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, Scheduling, and Shipping to meet specifications and delivery requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure stock levels meet company objectives.
• Review inventory levels to anticipate future requirements and prepare reports and purchasing recommendations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products, customer needs, and internal processes.
• Provide reporting and information to customers, account partners, and management as required.
• Support and provide coverage for other members of the Sales Team when needed.
• Take on other related responsibilities as assigned.

Taylor Steel Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Account Representative to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will manage an assigned account base, build strong customer relationships, process orders, and work closely with internal departments to ensure our customers receive excellent service and on-time delivery.

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring pricing, product details, delivery requirements, and terms align with approved quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing a high level of customer service.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, Scheduling, and Shipping to coordinate customer orders and ensure specifications and delivery requirements are met.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory and help ensure inventory levels meet company objectives.
• Review inventory levels to anticipate future requirements and prepare reports and purchasing recommendations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products, customer needs, and internal processes.
• Provide reporting and information to customers, account partners, and management as required.
• Support and provide coverage for other members of the Sales Team when needed.
• Take on other related responsibilities as assigned.
