Randstad Canada is seeking an Account Analyst for a 6-month assignment at our Markham location in a hybrid role. The position supports billing inquiries and customer service in an insurance environment.
The successful candidate will train on site for about two weeks, then split time between on-site and remote work. Shifts are 8:00am–8:00pm Monday to Friday, with a 50% hybrid schedule and a pay rate of CAD 19.57 per hour.

Note: This role is transitioning to a hybrid role of on-site and remote work. All training will be completed on site and is approximately 2 weeks in duration.
Provide first in class” service to our customers/brokers by supporting billing telephone inquiries in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
