Randstad Canada is seeking an Account Analyst for the Markham location on a 6-month assignment with a hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement. The role supports insurance billing inquiries, with training on-site for about two weeks. Shifts range 8:00am–8:00pm, Monday to Friday, with 50% on-site and 50% remote work.
The candidate should have prior customer service experience, strong multi-tasking, and proficiency in Excel and Windows applications. Bilingual French knowledge is an asset.

The successful candidate will work at a rate of $19.57 per hour, and work supporting Markham, ON office.
Note: This role is transitioning to a hybrid role of on-site and remote work. All training will be completed on site and is approximately 2 weeks in duration.
