Qualifications

What you’ll do:

  • This role offers flexibility of location, with the candidate based in Kansas (KS), Oklahoma (OK), or Missouri (MO)
  • Represent the company in all activities related to account and customer support
  • Prospect and develop focus accounts in the North American Utilities Market, with key account management and new business development
  • Be a skilled business developer with experience and contacts in the utilities industry
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, and Logistics to support customer needs
  • Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan
  • Partner with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure efficient mobilizations and service delivery.
  • Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, assessing customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of direct sales experience in Utilities, Renewable Energy, or technical sales, with knowledge of the nuclear industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic planning and execution abilities for managing and expanding territories
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and virtually
  • General technical understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, and oil-free air compressors
  • Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce for effective customer relationship management and sales tracking
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; project commissioning/management experience is a plus
