Job description

The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a client's paid search and ecommerce initiatives. This includes developing strategy and managing the execution of Google search & Amazon campaigns based on the client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and manage Google Search & Amazon campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients
  • Create, manage, and execute strategic search & Ecommerce plans that meet client goals
  • Define a campaign strategy and deliverables plan that exceeds client expectations
  • Create, present, and gain client approval on campaign strategies and tactics
  • Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes
  • Maintain positive client relationships, expectations, and communications
  • Forecast, generate, and maximize revenue opportunities with clients
  • Monitor, track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
  • Build on existing paid search expertise, and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing and consumer behavior to recommend improvements
  • Knowledge of creating campaigns, launching, keyword expansion, SQR analysis, and keyword analysis

Knowledge and Skills :

  • Experience with search advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon)
  • 2-3 years of account/client management skills and execution of complex paid search & ecommerce campaigns
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple accounts
  • Professional interaction and client communication skills
  • Technical and analytical mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & Bid Management tools (SA360, Pacvue) and social APIs is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Google & Amazon Certification is an asset
