AgWest is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. You will promote and sell AGCO and CLAAS products to farmers and agricultural businesses within your designated territory, building strong customer relationships and driving revenue.

The role requires identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, providing after-sales support, and staying ahead of industry trends to spot new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar sales role.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment, particularly AGCO or CLAAS products, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.

Responsibilities
