You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, provide ongoing customer support and training, and stay ahead of market trends. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar sales role.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery, particularly AGCO or CLAAS products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required.
