Job summary

AgWest in Manitoba is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to provide expert advice, promote and sell agricultural parts to customers. You will maintain strong customer relationships and ensure clients have the parts they need to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have experience in agricultural parts sales or customer service, with knowledge of AGCO/CLAAS products, and strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Inventory familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural parts sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment, particularly AGCO or CLAAS products, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management and parts ordering systems is an asset.
