About Faber

Faber is a labour solutions provider that uses an app-based platform to connect construction companies directly with local construction workers seeking temporary or full-time work. We are passionate about providing a transparent, reliable, and accountable way for employers and employees to connect.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will generate sales from clients in the Edmonton region. Your responsibilities include meeting with new and existing clients, presenting Faber's labour solutions, coordinating and securing contracts, maintaining client accounts, and nurturing relationships within the local construction industry. You will act as a brand ambassador for Faber, supporting our goal of creating a connected workforce that proudly builds a better world.

Responsibilities
  1. Proactively generate new sales leads within the local construction industry to create long-term relationships with clients who will regularly use Faber's temporary labour platform.
  2. Schedule face-to-face site visits, meetings, lunches, and product demonstrations with clients.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client labour needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
  4. Present Faber’s temporary labour solutions to clients and pursue contracts.
  5. Support the closing of contracts.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
  7. Support efforts to meet sales targets.
Skills and Requirements
  1. Experience in account management or sales within the construction industry.
  2. Ability to visit client offices and construction sites across Edmonton (must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle).
  3. Experience in temporary labour supply.
  4. Desire to pursue business opportunities and generate new sales.
  5. Strong time management skills and the ability to independently organize your schedule and tasks.
  6. Understanding of construction processes and how to sell to clients in this industry.
  7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  8. Proficiency with CRM and IT tools, specifically Hubspot.
  9. A desire to develop as a sales leader in the construction industry.
