Reimagined Parking Inc. in Toronto is seeking an Account Manager to supervise client-facing accounts, report to the General Manager, and coordinate end-to-end operations, including staffing and budgeting.

The role requires strong project management, excellent customer service, and experience in account management and revenue collection. You will lead recruitment, payroll records, and policy compliance while fostering a professional team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team, management, and clients.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Knowledge of parking operations and procedures.
• Experience supervising staff and managing training and discipline.
• Ability to motivate and guide performance.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening.
• Experience in account management and revenue collection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of client contact to ensure delivery of high-quality service and evaluate performance.
• Interface with client representatives for status updates and assist in contract negotiations; support security planning and post-order reviews.
• Govern staffing operations by controlling labor costs and aligning schedules with client needs.
• Oversee recruitment, training development, and retention of staff; administer driving training.
• Maintain and submit payroll records and other associate data.
• Plan, assign, and direct work while coaching employees to improve productivity.
• Maintain professional environment; enforce policies and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies across the team.
• Develop and direct account budgets and manage expenditures and inventory.
• Authorize expenditures and manage equipment, supplies, and vehicles for accounts.
