Reimagined Parking Inc. seeks a Support Service Manager to lead Winnipeg’s parking operations, ensuring staff performance, maintenance oversight, and strong guest relations. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll recruit, train, and manage vendor relationships while maintaining service standards.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, revenue generation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in parking management.
• Strong customer service orientation and client satisfaction focus.
• Experience in revenue generation, P&L analysis, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff by assigning tasks, coaching, and supporting their development. Monitor performance to meet company standards.
• Oversee hiring and training of new employees, ensuring smooth onboarding for long-term success.
• Coordinate maintenance, Parking Enforcement, Payment Meter Operations, and Office Operations for effective communication.
• Review profit and loss statements and reports monthly or quarterly to help meet financial goals.
• Manage employee schedules and timecards to ensure adequate coverage and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with HR on employee issues, including disciplinary actions.
• Assist with accounts receivable, cash handling, and regular audits for financial accuracy.
