Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative for the Hullmark Centre weekend shift. You will deliver exceptional service to customers, handle high-volume inquiries, and support account set-up and payment processing.

The role requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. This is a seasonal full-time position based at the Hullmark Centre in Toronto.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle calls, emails, and written inquiries following SLA standards.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Enter and maintain customer data, payments, and account notes in CRM.
