Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited is hiring an Account Manager- Aggregates to grow the Ottawa market by developing key customer relationships and driving aggregate sales. You will coordinate with operations, quality control, and dispatch to ensure excellent service and support throughout the sales cycle.
The role requires 3-5 years of sales/account management in aggregates, strong communication, and negotiation skills, plus a valid Ontario driver’s license for regular regional travel.

Overview
The Account Manager- Aggregates is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in the Ottawa market. This role focuses on growing aggregate sales volume, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service while coordinating with operations, quality control, and dispatch.
The successful candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to manage customer accounts in a fast-paced construction materials environment.

Wage Range:
The salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,00 and $90,000 per year. However, the range offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
