Purpose of the Role:
To manage a portfolio of clients, maintain strong and trust-based relationships, coordinate project delivery, and ensure full client satisfaction throughout their journey with the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts (B2B, institutions, entrepreneurs) and build lasting, proactive relationships
• Understand client needs and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Coordinate project delivery, ensuring timelines, deliverables and budgets are respected
• Contribute to commercial planning and performance tracking
• Prepare client reports, project reviews, performance dashboards, and presentations
• Identify upselling and renewal opportunities
• Contribute to process improvement and client service innovation
• Stay up to date on industry trends and help enhance agency offerings
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience (3 to 6 years) in account management or client relations, preferably in an international or multicultural environment
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, etc.)
• Self-starter, solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interest in African markets, diaspora engagement, and international cooperation
