Role Description

This is a full-time remote role (home office with travel to customer sites) for a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Nova Imprint Business Solutions supporting the Great Moncton Region in New Brunswick and the Province of Prince Edouard Island. The role involves inside/outside sales, opportunity generation, customer communications, and sales activities to drive business revenue growth and establish strong customer relationships. The BDR will engage with clients (current and new), identify business opportunities, and promote our range of products and services.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
  2. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  4. Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  5. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Experience/Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in professional services.
  2. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  3. Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships to drive growth.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
  5. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  6. Excellent negotiation skills for closing sales deals and securing contracts.
  7. Fluency in English and French would be an asset.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  9. Previous experience in technology sales is a plus.
