The Opportunity

As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee the integration of TrustArc products, support clients from small to enterprise level, and foster strong client relationships to drive retention and growth. Responsibilities include identifying improvement areas, enhancing client satisfaction, and some on-call duties. Key skills include attention to detail, enterprise client management, data analysis, troubleshooting, and web architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic and tactical support to complex clients.
  2. Translate customer needs into strategic solutions.
  3. Lead large group meetings for product discussions.
  4. Assist clients during implementation and deployment.
  5. Collaborate with engineering to manage requests.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  7. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for TrustArc products.
  8. Manage multiple clients and learn products quickly.
  9. Identify opportunities for product adoption expansion.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years in technical support, account management, or related roles.
  2. Understanding of web infrastructure and platforms.
  3. Knowledge of ad-serving systems (desired).
  4. Intermediate HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills.
  5. Experience with technical documentation and API integrations.
  6. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
  7. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  8. Customer relationship expertise, including with management levels.
  9. Experience supporting enterprise clients and an interest in privacy.
Additional Information

We encourage applicants who meet most requirements to apply. Compensation is up to $110,000 CAD annually, dependent on experience and location.
