About The Role

As a Client Account Manager at ZayZoon, you’ll play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for both newly onboarded and long-standing clients. You’ll be the face and voice of ZayZoon by building strong, trusted relationships, proactively supporting client needs, and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. Your Impact
  1. Act as a strategic advisor to SMB employer clients, deepening relationships by aligning ZayZoon’s value with their business goals.
  2. Champion a seamless post-sale experience by ensuring a strong transition into long-term success, with a focus on fast, effective client activation.
  3. Coordinate internally with sales, product, marketing, and customer care teams to deliver value to clients.
  4. Identify opportunities to boost ZayZoon product visibility and engagement across existing client accounts.
  5. Proactively identify the unique objectives and challenges of high-value clients to inform tailored engagement strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
  6. Cultivate advocacy by leveraging strong client relationships to generate referrals, secure testimonials, and co-create impactful case studies.
  7. Take ownership of client account issues by escalating through Jira, coordinating cross-functional support, and ensuring a timely and thorough follow-through to resolution.
  8. Facilitate timely client renewals, lead quarterly strategy sessions, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure alignment, drive engagement, and maximize adoption of ZayZoon’s services across their workforce.
  9. Capture insights from client interactions to influence product development and continuously improve the client experience.
  10. Contribute to the evolution of account management playbooks by documenting best practices, processes, and strategies that elevate client value delivery.

You Are Someone Who
  1. Enjoys building meaningful and trusted client relationships.
  2. Exhibits a desire to grow and learn.
  3. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Listens actively and can uncover what clients really need to be successful.
  5. Collaborates effectively across teams to keep things moving and deliver a seamless experience.
  6. Is comfortable working with data and using insights to guide impactful client conversations.
  7. Proactive in identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships through advocacy, referrals, and co-marketing.

You Bring
  1. 1+ years of experience nurturing and expanding client relationships—whether through an Account Management role or by delivering exceptional customer experiences in a related position.
  2. Knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems such as Hubspot, Intercom or JIRA.
  3. Experience turning data into meaningful recommendations that guide client outcomes.
  4. Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills.
