Job summary

Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc. in Mississauga is seeking an Account Manager to support our growing client base. This role focuses on client retention, renewal proposals, and coordination of inspections reports and equipment deficiencies.

You will work closely with clients to ensure compliance, advocate on their behalf with the Operations team, and manage a portfolio of accounts to establish long-term partnerships. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer service-focused roles.
• Experience in fire protection or mechanical/electrical contracting is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of managing $2M+ revenue annually.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and drive retention.
• Present renewal proposals and service contracts.
• Present inspection reports and address deficiencies.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure regulatory compliance.

Experience you bring

• Customer service focused experience in a B2B environment preferred
• Experience in fire protection or mechanical/electrical contracting a definite asset
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle and execute on multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills
• Proven track record of managing 2 million+ of business revenue year after year
