Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Mid‑Market Account Executive to drive growth across both project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services. This role requires a consultative hunter approach, virtual selling, deep discovery, and managing complex multi-step sales cycles in a remote environment across the US and Canada.

You will own the full sales cycle, generate new business, and expand existing accounts while partnering with SDRs, strategists, and leadership to win high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.
