Job summary

Kickbox, part of Moz group and Ziff Davis, seeks an Account Manager in the Ottawa area to own strategic commercial and technical relationships with high-volume enterprise customers. You will guide onboarding, lead live demos, manage escalations, and collaborate with Product and Ops teams to drive renewals and expansion revenue.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Enterprise Account Management, Commercial Customer Success, or Technical Account Management in a SaaS/IaaS environment.
• Proven experience supporting renewals, mitigating churn risk, and identifying account expansion opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• The Post-Sales Liaison: handoff after contract closure and ensure no client requirements are lost.
• Onboarding & Implementation: lead technical onboarding for high-volume accounts, including IP warming and testing.
• Product Demonstrations: conduct technical demos tailored to client sending architecture.
• Single Point of Contact & Technical Escalation: act as primary escalation point for technical issues and SLA alignment.
