As our first Account Executive in Canada, you will drive Alan's growth and lead our team if you overachieve. You will scale our outbound model, which has built >$10M ARR in pipeline, and establish scalable processes & rigor for nationwide expansion. You will do the full sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding—and be scrappy, low-ego, and aligned with our mission to improve healthcare in Canada.
You should have a builder mentality, enjoy creating frameworks and strategies, and bring the voice of the customer into every conversation. You will also contribute to company growth and improvement by challenging us to evolve our products, methods, and strategies, and participating in other initiatives.
This role offers a co-d level compensation package including salary, equity, benefits, and perks. Note that the role does not include a commission component and requires obtaining an LLQP license for all of Canada (including Quebec).
