Job summary

All-Risks Insurance Brokers Limited in Whitby seeks an Account Executive to drive new business for Personal and Commercial lines. You will network, solicit clients and build a profitable book while servicing and growing existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a RIBO license (or ability to convert from OTL), 2+ years brokerage experience, and strong communication and organization skills. This permanent role offers a growth path within a client-focused firm.

Qualifications

• RIBO License is required or ability to convert OTL to RIBO (OTL to RIBO conversion).
• Insurance brokerage experience of two or more years preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to establish sales & retention goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Description

We currently have a vacancy for the position of Account Executive in our Whitby office. As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be new business generation. You will be required to network, solicit, develop and produce a profitable book of Personal/Commercial business through various cultivation practices & techniques. The successful candidate must be able to service and maintain their growing book of business. Any existing book of business would be an asset.
