Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be motivated, entrepreneurial, and pivotal in shaping our sales efforts and future. Being one of the first sales team members, you will define strategies, build client relationships, and impact our growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, startup environments, and results-driven sales.

The role is mainly outbound, requiring mastery of the Landbase tool to engage prospects and build a personal brand in the GTM space via social media.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect, engage, and close SMB clients, demonstrating Landbase’s AI solutions.
  2. Build and manage a sales pipeline through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
  3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning solutions.
  5. Achieve and surpass quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
  6. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  7. Represent Landbase at industry events and networking opportunities.
  8. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams for seamless client experiences.
  9. Provide feedback to improve sales materials and strategies.

Qualifications
Experience:
  • At least 2 years in B2B sales or SDR roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI.
  • Proven outbound pipeline generation skills.
  • Strong consultative sales and CRM knowledge.
  • Consistent quota achievement.
Nice to Have:
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools like Clay, Unify, etc.
