St. Lawrence College is seeking an Academic Services Clerk to provide front-line customer and clerical support for the School of Health and Wellness.
The role serves students, staff and the public, handling inquiries and assisting with onboarding for part-time and partial-load faculty. The position requires a 2-year college diploma in Office Administration and at least 3 years of relevant office experience, with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of office procedures.
The incumbent delivers front-line customer and clerical services in support of the students and staff of the assigned portfolio.
The Academic Services Clerk, answers both routine and complex inquiries from potential, current and former students, College employees and the general public. Clerical support services include general office administrative assistance and assisting part-time and partial-load faculty in the onboarding process of their employment.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a 2-year College Diploma in Office Administration.
A minimum of 3 years of Relevant work experience within an office environment. Excel experience is required.
Other Required Qualifications:
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location or work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college’s Telework Policy.
