A regional educational institution in Northwestern Ontario is seeking an Academic Services Assistant to manage a diverse, high-volume environment at the Lake of the Woods Campus. The successful candidate will serve various departments, demonstrate strong client service skills, and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience and a relevant educational background. Location/Campus: Lake of the Woods Campus

Position Summary: This position is a high volume, diverse, multi-tasking environment, with multiple instantaneous requests serving all departments in the Regional Campus and those programs running offside. This incumbent must be aware of all College programs, courses, policies and procedures, software programs, schedules, and financial accounts. Must be able to represent the College with external and internal customers including Funding Agencies.

Education

Minimum level of formal education required for the position: 1 year certificate or equivalent education

Field(s) of Study: Office Business Administration or equivalent; accounting courses

Experience

Typical number of years of experience: Minimum of three (3) years
