• Approximately five years’ experience in academic program management.
• Demonstrated experience supervising staff in a complex environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core internal medicine residency program and ensure compliance.
• Manage program budgets, accreditation, policy development, and resident support.
• Lead the CaRMS application process, including orientation and scheduling.
• Coordinate clerkship and elective experiences for medical students.
• Support research and innovation activities within the department.
