Job summary

isgSearch, a leading North American recruitment firm, seeks a proven staffing sales expert with a hunter mentality to drive new business in the Aerospace & Defence space. You will open doors, build a personal book of business, and translate opportunities into lasting partnerships.

You will collaborate with recruiters and our delivery team to deliver top talent while expanding client relationships and shaping market strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of staffing sales experience in Aerospace & Defence.
Experience working with Core engineering disciplines within Aerospace & Defence (Mechanical, Electrical & Hardware, etc.).
Proven success in a hunter-focused role with new logo acquisition and top-of-funnel activity.
Experience partnering closely with recruiters to ensure client delivery and customer success.
Deep knowledge of current engineering and design skillsets in demand by leading organizations.

Responsibilities

Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing client opportunities in the Aerospace & Defence space.
Spearhead a brand-new funnel and grow this division from the ground up using our brand and delivery capabilities.
Consult and advise clients on market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce solutions.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality talent and exceptional service for clients.
Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients through excellent communication.
Contribute insights and market intelligence to help shape isgSearch's business strategy.
