Sources Community Living Services in Delta, BC is seeking a Community Living Worker for a permanent full-time position. The role focuses on person-centred supports, daily living activities, and community participation for adults with complex needs.

You will work closely with the Chestnut House Program Manager, building relationships and coordinating care with a resilient team. The position requires empathy, reliability, and a commitment to safety and dignity.

Position: Community Living Worker – Permanent Full Time

Location: Chestnut House - Delta, BC

Hours: 40 Hours per week:

Sunday: 3pm-11:00pm,

Monday: 2pm-10:00pm,

Tuesday: 7am-3:00pm,

Wednesday:7am-3pm,

Thursday: 7am-3pm

Salary: The current wage starts from $25.95 per hour. Funding for wage increases, retroactive to April 2026, will adjust the starting wage to $27.53 per hour once implemented.

Start Date: ASAP

Sources Community Living provides all-encompassing care for individuals who have been referred to us by Community Living British Columbia. We are currently recruiting for our residential program in Delta. This program supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health related needs. Our mission is to enable the pursuit of the best quality of life possible for our clients. We do this by fostering independence, well-being, and social participation.
