Salary:The current wage starts from$25.95 per hour. Funding for wage increases, retroactive toApril 2026, will adjust thestartingwage to$27.53 per hour once implemented.

Sources Community Living provides all-encompassing care for individuals who have been referred to us by Community Living British Columbia. We are currently recruiting for our residential program in Delta. This program supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health related needs. Our mission is to enable the pursuit of the best quality of life possible for our clients. We do this by fostering independence, well-being, and social participation.
