Job summary

Responsibilities

• Compile, organize, and format case studies across markets to support proposals.
• Prepare resumes/CVs for staff resources to showcase expertise for proposals.
• Draft professional summaries related to employees’ work areas and experience.
• Develop a plan for deploying a website that showcases CNL’s commercial capabilities to third parties.
• Collaborate with communications and other teams to implement a website showcasing third-party commercial work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

What you will be doing!

• Compiling, organizing, and formatting case studies across various markets that CNL serves to showcase our work and enabling efficient deployment during proposal development.
• Compiling, organizing, and formatting resumes and/or curriculum vitae from key resources supporting commercial focus areas for CNL to showcase staff expertise and enabling efficient deployment during proposal development.
• Drafting professional summaries of resumes and/or curriculum vitae to act as a short biographical summary relative to each employee’s work areas and experience.
• Developing a plan for deployment of a dedicated website that showcases what CNL can offer by way of commercial work to third parties.
• With the support of others (e.g., communications, BDCV), implementing development of a website that showcases CNL’s third-party commercial work.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.
  

What we are looking for:

• Education
  • Enrolled in a college or University program, majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, Corporate Communications, or other related programs.
• Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, website content management, graphic design, marketing materials development, or digital communications is an asset.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Demonstrated strong written communication, editing, and organizational skills, with the ability to compile, format, and present information in a professional manner.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple information sources while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and an interest in commercial marketing, business development, stakeholder engagement, and communicating technical or professional information to external audiences.
• Security Clearance Eligibility Required
  • Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's “Standard on Security Screening” and the “Policy on Government Security.”
    

Working Conditions:

• Working schedule: Five (5) days per week, seven and a half (7.5) hours per day for a thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hour work week.
