Maarut is seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep Guidewire ClaimCenter expertise to join a Guidewire transformation for a leading P&C insurer in Canada. You will own requirements, write user stories, and articulate interface impacts with architects while ensuring delivery quality across design, development, and test activities.

The candidate must have at least 7 years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience, ACE certification, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Senior BSA with 7+ years of experience on Guidewire ClaimCenter in P&C insurance.
• Ability to write user stories and impact analyses, discuss REST/SOAP interfaces with architects.
• ACE certification and advanced English are required.

Responsibilities

Mandate Overview

• The client is looking for a senior BSA focused onClaimCenter, within a Guidewire transformation program in property and casualtyinsurance. The role covers the full delivery cycle: process analysis,translation of needs into functional deliverables, participation in design andimplementation, test case definition and user acceptance support. The\"systems\" component is explicit: the mandate requires advancedknowledge of application integration, which sets this role apart from abusiness-focused analyst. The role also includes a continuity component, withfollow-up of incidents, change requests and production issues. All requirementsare presented as mandatory, including the Guidewire ACE certification, whichsignificantly narrows the pool.
