Procom is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Guidewire ClaimCenter to join a strategic P&C transformation program in Montreal. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements and delivering Guidewire-based solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, translating needs into user stories and functional specs, and supporting testing activities including UAT.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and/or functional analysis.

Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Guidewire ClaimCenter

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Montreal city (hybride)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) specializing in Guidewire ClaimCenter to join a strategic Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance transformation program. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping define, analyze, and deliver Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions that support business objectives and operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with business partners, developers, architects, and quality assurance specialists to gather requirements, document business and functional needs, support solution design, and contribute to the successful delivery of Guidewire initiatives within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business value.
• Translate business needs into user stories, business rules, functional specifications, and other project deliverables.
• Prepare impact assessments, process flows, and functional documentation to support solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in the analysis, design, planning, and implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions.
• Support test planning, test case definition, functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage and track incidents, enhancement requests, and functional issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and supporting business users when required.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis and/or functional analysis.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) working with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
