Job summary

Superior North Catholic District School Board seeks a 1.0 FTE Permanent Math Lead to guide mathematics programs in alignment with Ontario standards. Start date: as soon as possible; location to be determined. Salary ranges from CAD 57,791 to 119,939 plus a Lead Allowance per the OECTA Collective Agreement.

The candidate should be OCT-registered with Math AQ Part I preferred, and bring leadership, coaching, and collaboration across diverse classrooms.

Qualifications

• Current OCT member in good standing.
• Primary, Junior and Intermediate qualifications preferred; AQ Math Part I.
• Leadership and coaching experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement ministry documents such as Learning for All and Growing Success.
• Support Indigenous, Metis, Inuit framework integration in classroom practice.
• Align mathematics program with Ontario Mathematics Curriculum and assess progress.

Position Description

• Growing Success (Assessment)
• Ontario Mathematics Curriculum

Qualifications And Experience Required

• Current member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
• Primary, Junior and Intermediate qualifications preferred AQ - Math Part I

Additional Qualifications and Experiences would be an asset

• Literacy and Literacy Part 1, Special Education Part 1, Mathematics Specialist
• 3-5 years of Leadership and Academic Coaching experience
• Strong knowledge of Assistive Technology & Google Apps for Education
