• Execute sales strategies targeting leisure travel, corporate accounts, and group bookings
• Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities through prospecting and relationship building

• 3-5+ years of experience in hotel group sales, corporate accounts, or extended-stay property sales
• Proven ability to build and maintain key client relationships
• Experience in managing multiple hotels or geographic regions with defined sales strategies
• Proficiency in hotel CRM systems for managing sales pipelines
• Strong negotiation skills for group rates and corporate contracts

• Experience working at a tech startup
• Familiarity with leveraging local market connections to drive business opportunities
