Job summary
A boutique executive search firm is hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support its leadership in high-impact recruitment within the Technology and Financial Services sectors. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of relevant experience, is fluent in English and Portuguese, and possesses strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, conducting research, and supporting business development initiatives. This role can be remote with a preference for candidates located in São Paulo, SP.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.
- Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.
- Advanced English + Native Portuguese is a must. Spanish is a strong plus.
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action; strong ownership mindset.

We are hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support Gold & Aron CEO and COO across high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services in a premium boutique environment. The role blends deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level roles. You'll help build the engine that enables leadership to focus on client strategy and firm growth.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
- Active search: Conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools including LinkedIn, AI tools and own database.
- Passive search: Source, screen applicants.
- Lead candidate scoring, initial candidate assessment.
- Build and manage candidate pipeline.
- Conduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation.
- Prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates.
- Support client communications and progress check-ins.
- Coordinate interviews and every other step of the hiring process.
- Research companies, markets, and potential clients.
- Build prospect lists and market intelligence for the CEO and COO.
- Bring new ideas, new BD initiatives for the company.
- 3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.
- Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.
