1. Blending houses:
- Use fruit purèes, citrus & tomato concentrates, multi-fruit blends, and cloudy juice concentrates.
- Supported with orange pulp cells, citrus aroma essences, and cold-extracted oils for flavor depth.
2. Food & beverage processors:
- Receive nutrient-rich purèes, concentrates, IQF frozen vegetables, freeze-dried strawberries, and citrus oils.

Tasks
- Manage and grow key accounts in the tomato paste category
- Identify and acquire new customers using market research and competitive insights
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labeling, and sustainability certifications
- Monitor account metrics, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve challenges
- Represent us in international markets, navigating cultural differences and regulatory requirements
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
📈 7+ years in international sales, including 2+ years in account management
🌱 Proven experience in the agri‑food industry (B2B environment), ideally tomato paste or processed foods
💡 Strong market analysis, account management, and data‑driven decision‑making skills
🛠️ Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
🌍 Cultural awareness and adaptability in international markets
💬 Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
✈️ Willingness to travel internationally
