We are hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to our Data Delivery team in Brazil – Remote! We are responsible for empowering all teams by providing a scalable and reliable data platform to collect, organize and process the deluge of data generated daily at Wellhub, following data modeling and governance best practices. Your work will directly impact our goal of enabling all teams to make data‑driven decisions and generate business value from data.

• Develop and maintain data models and structures that enable efficient querying and analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to transform and process large volumes of data from various sources, while adding business context and semantics to the data.
• Implement automated data quality checks to guarantee data quality and consistency across the whole data life cycle.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Understanding of data modeling techniques (Data Warehousing, Slowly Changing Dimensions, Lakehouse).
• Familiarity with business and technology metrics/KPIs (e.g., churn, revenue, CTR).
• Experience with scheduling tools and workflow orchestrators (e.g., Airflow).
• Knowledge of data integration techniques (Reprocessing, Historical backfill, Partitioning).
• Ability to implement automated data quality checks and ensure data consistency.
• Experience with Datalakes architecture and file formats.
• Understanding of Data Mesh principles.
• Knowledge of data stream ingestion and processing.
• Understands user data consumption to guide data warehouse evolution.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
