Job summary
A growing marketing agency in Brazil is seeking a motivated individual for lead generation. Responsibilities include sending 200 outbound messages daily, managing leads, and engaging on social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be organized. This role offers experience in sales with the flexibility to work remotely, focusing on UK time. Compensation is commission-only, emphasizing high reward potential for motivated applicants.
Qualifications
- Open to all experience levels.
- Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus.
- Comfortable using social media for sales.
Responsibilities
- Send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and pass to senior appointment setter.
- Manage and track leads via CRM.
- Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions.
Skills
We run two online businesses in the airbnb & short term rental space :
- GrowYourBnb – an established airbnb growth partner agency
- AutomateYourBnb – an online software platform ( on process to be set)
We are looking for a motivated individual to help with lead generation, DM conversations, and appointment setting. Full training will be provided.
- Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day
- Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to close
- Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn
- Adding new strategy with new ways to find leads (using Google or AI)
- Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations (training provided)
- Manage and track leads via CRM.
- Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions
- Daily reporting via Slack
- Work directly with the business owner.
- 5 days per week
- 8 hours per day
- UK time focused
- Open to all experience levels
- Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus
- Have worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales.
- Have at least worked on a DM offer previously.
- Strong written English
- Confident communicator
- Organised and consistent
- Comfortable using Instagram & LinkedIn
- Willing to learn and follow systems
Rewards: Commission Only & No Base.
