About This Opportunity

The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for leading pricing and profitability initiatives in Brazil, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, financial performance, and market dynamics.

This role has a strong focus on monitoring, measuring, and managing promotional activities, while ensuring pricing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The professional will play a key role in system configuration, payment processes, and distributor management, acting as a bridge between Finance, Sales, and Operations to optimize business performance and support decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the pricing process in Brazil, ensuring consistency with corporate policies and business objectives;
  • Analyze and monitor pricing structures, margins, and promotional performance across channels and product lines;
  • Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess commercial and promotional effectiveness;
  • Manage the end‑to‑end promotional cycle, from modeling and implementation to performance analysis;
  • Oversee system configuration related to pricing and ensure data integrity in ERP and analytical tools;
  • Coordinate payment processes and distributor management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution;
  • Provide financial insights to support Sales, FP&A, and Management teams in strategic decisions;
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing efficiency, profitability, and operational processes;

Support regional and global pricing initiatives and ensure alignment with broader LATAM objectives.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field;
  • 4–6 years of experience in pricing, finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles (experience in multinational or B2B environments preferred);
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (VBA is a plus);
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Protheus) and analytical tools (Power BI, Host Analytics, Hyperion);
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
