A leading tech services company based in São Paulo is seeking a Payroll Specialist II to manage payroll processes and ensure accurate reporting. The role requires 5 to 8 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Candidate should be adept at handling confidential information and interacting with various management levels. The Payroll Specialist II will perform all duties of Payroll Specialist and other duties including balancing and controlling earnings and deduction totals, calculating and preparing general ledger entries, preparing accounting transactions and documents, inspecting automated system output reports, gathering payroll data for inclusion in financial statements and researching and preparing special reports for management.
Additional duties as assigned.
Meets attendance and punctuality standards
5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree with Accounting, Finance Field of Study preferred.
Associate Degree with Accounting, Finance and / or Equivalent Work Experience field of study required.
FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certificate) designation preferred
Professional, office environment.
