LBD Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive WSH Coordinator to ensure compliance with IMS, the Workplace Safety and Health Act, and site safety practices across construction projects.

The role requires at least 2 years of building or civil experience, WSQ Advanced Certificate (Level B), WCRT, and solid knowledge of ISO 14001/45001; you will lead safety briefings, drills, investigations, and contribute to continuous safety improvements.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of working experience in building or civil construction.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health / Safety coordinator course (Level B).
• Completed WSH Coordinator Refresher Training (WCRT).
• Proficient understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Energetic, self-driven, and results-driven attitude.
• Strong technical skills and interpersonal abilities to enhance team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with IMS requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and Regulations.
• Conduct routine checks on on-site work to identify WSH non-compliance and unsafe practices.
• Assist in investigation of site accidents.
• Conduct safety briefing / training when required.
• Conduct emergency drills and/or any WSH programme identified.
• Address and advise on WSH non-compliance and unsafe practices.
• Conduct safety inductions and orientations.
• Contribute suggestions to mitigate reoccurrences of incidents and accidents.
• Support implementation of actions to improve WSH performance and control risks.
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented improvement actions.

Responsibilities

4. Assist in investigation of all site accidents.
5. Conduct safety briefing / training when required.

7. Address and provide advice on specific instances of WSH non-compliance and unsafe work practices.
8. Conduct safety inductions and orientations.

Requirements

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in building or civil construction industry, preferably with experience in HDB projects.
• Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health / Safety coordinator course (Level B)
• Completed WSH Coordinator Refresher Training (WCRT)
• Proficient understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Qualified candidates should be energetic, self-driven, and possessing a results-driven attitude.
