JCVL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical building services supervision on major construction projects.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, resolve design and technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements. Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical and electrical building services in the building construction industry, including at least 8 years on projects similar in size and complexity.
• Possess a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Accredited as a Registered Resident Engineer with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES).
• Licensed Electrical Worker and Licensed Plumber certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage supervision teams to monitor, supervise, and inspect mechanical and electrical works as directed by Client, QP, and project consultants to ensure quality and compliance.
• Plan and organize roster shift duties based on contractors' work schedules to maintain continuous site supervision and regulatory adherence.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of personnel reporting to the supervision team by enforcing safety protocols and monitoring site conditions.
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to identify and resolve design and technical issues arising from Temporary and Permanent Works construction.
• Administer contracts proficiently using Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) to ensure contractual compliance and effective project delivery.
• Foster a strong commitment to safety and health on site by leading safety initiatives and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Apply organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate project supervision activities and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting to ensure compliance and project accuracy.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary integration between trades and packages by leading resolution of integration and interfacing issues to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Manual procedures and applicable airport circulars by monitoring site activities and enforcing regulations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical and electrical building services in the building construction industry, including at least 8 years on projects similar in size and complexity, particularly major construction works in buildings or utilities services laying, testing, and commissioning
• Possess a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Accredited as a Registered Resident Engineer with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES)
• Licensed Electrical Worker and Licensed Plumber certifications
