800 Super Waste Management Pte Ltd seeks an experienced EHS & Energy Manager to implement and sustain the SHEQ management system. You will drive energy performance, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001.

The role requires SCEM certification, with advantages for WSHO and FSM credentials. You will lead safety culture, engage stakeholders, and deliver continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualificações

• Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is a must.
• WSHO registration is an advantage.
• FSM certification is an advantage.
• Experience in maintaining ISO management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 50001) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain the SHEQ Management System.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SHEQ legislation, regulations and company policies.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Monitor SHEQ performance and implement corrective actions.
• Manage contractor safety, PTW and emergency preparedness programmes.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training and employee engagement.
• Lead the organisation's Energy Management Programme and drive continual improvement in energy performance.
• Monitor and analyse electricity, fuel, gas and water consumption, and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Conduct or coordinate energy audits and implement energy efficiency projects.
• Prepare energy performance reports and monitor energy KPIs.
• Support compliance with applicable energy efficiency regulations and maintain the ISO 50001 Energy Management System.
• Maintain and improve ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 Management Systems.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Maintain EHS and energy-related procedures, records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Safety, Environment, Health and Quality

• Implement and maintain the SHEQ Management System.

• Ensure compliance with applicable SHEQ legislation, regulations and company policies.
