BairesDev is seeking a Client Solutions Support Analyst to work with CSol Reps and VPs to ensure process and policy attainment, operational excellence, and smooth execution of team strategies. This role offers ownership and helps accelerate how the organization grows in a 100% remote setting.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in sales support roles, commercial operations teams, working with sales cycle steps or full sales cycles, customer support roles, or executive assistant roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of team-wide process and policy attainment by assigned CSol Reps.
• Ensure individual initiatives from assigned CSol Reps are aligned with processes and policies.
• Maintain proper records of activities and upload information to internal portals.
• Host onboarding sessions and support new hires with their questions and initial processes.
• Handle ad-hoc operational requests as they arise.

In this role, you'll work directly with Client Solutions Representatives, partnering with CSol Reps and VPs to ensure proper process and policy attainment, operational excellence, and smooth execution of individual and team strategies. This is an instrumental position to streamline operations and ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams. What You'll Do:
