As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at BairesDev, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You'll partner with management to drive talent initiatives, foster employee engagement, and implement HR solutions that support business objectives while ensuring positive employee experiences across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders and teams.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
• Partner with management to address employee relations issues and provide coaching support.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives and drive culture development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or generalist roles.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
• Strong consulting and relationship-building skills.
