Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in commercial support, executive assistance, or reception.
• 1+ year of experience in commercial operational teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Organize Hosted Events, Sponsored Events, Golf Outings, and other experiences, from planning through execution and travel logistics.
• Coordinate virtual webinars, including agenda organization and host support.
• Ensure attainment of the Community Engagement SLA.
• Provide ad-hoc support to other tasks within the Travel & Events Team.

Community Engagement Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll drive the day-to-day remote execution of the Commercial Team's community-facing events, from executive dinners and sponsorships to client visits and sports experiences. From planning and vendor coordination through post-event surveys and results upload, you'll be the one making it all happen end to end. What You'll Do:

• Organize Hosted Events, Sponsored Events, Golf Outings, and other experiences, from planning through execution and travel logistics.
• Coordinate virtual webinars, including agenda organization and host support.
• Ensure attainment of the Community Engagement SLA.
• Provide ad-hoc support to other tasks within the Travel & Events Team.

What we are looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in commercial support, executive assistance, or reception.
• 1+ year of experience in commercial operational teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• 1+ year of experience in event coordination roles.
• Experience in global mobility or travel.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or in customer service.
