AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics coordinator in Woodlands. The role involves distributing materials to support daily production and assisting planners with cycle counts. Working Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime on Saturdays when needed.

Basic Salary up to $2,700 and eligibility for a variable bonus accompany this role, with responsibilities including inventory reporting and coordinating transport from multiple warehouses.

Responsabilidades

• Distribute materials to support daily production operations.
• Assist the Planner with monthly cycle count activities.
• Work closely with the Planner to investigate inventory discrepancies and provide feedback to customers.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for finished goods deliveries and material collections from various warehouses.
• Follow and implement planning-related SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports to the Planner.
• Take preventive actions to minimize product non-conformities related to material control and planning.
• Recommend and verify solutions for product non-conformities involving storage and FIFO practices.
• Support production operations in meeting company quality objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper distribution and control of raw materials and finished goods.

OT: Willing to work OT on Saturdays when required
