Rabelo Digital is seeking a senior UX Researcher to bring real user evidence into product decisions. You will plan and run qualitative and quantitative research, and turn it into actionable recommendations for design, product, and engineering.

You’ll conduct interviews, usability tests, and analyze behavioral data to inform roadmap decisions. Experience with AI for transcription and synthesis is valued, yet direct contact with real users remains essential.

We are looking for a senior UX Researcher to bring real user evidence into product decisions that today often rely on whoever speaks loudest in the room. You will plan and run qualitative and quantitative research, and turn it into actionable recommendations.

The work spans interviews, usability testing, behavioral data analysis, and synthesizing findings into a format design, product, and engineering can use without needing translation. You take part in roadmap decisions with weight equal to whoever only looks at business numbers.

We expect someone who uses AI to speed up transcription, coding, and research synthesis, but never replaces direct contact with real users with synthetic data.

Requirements

• Solid experience in UX research applied to B2B digital products.
• Command of qualitative and quantitative methods and when to use each.
• Awareness of information architecture and how technical flows affect the experience.
• Ability to work with product data (analytics) beyond interviews.
• Practical use of AI for transcription, synthesis, and pattern analysis in research.
• Methodological rigor: you can identify bias and limitations in your own research.
• Clear communication to present findings to technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience researching complex or regulated B2B products.
• Background with tree testing, card sorting, and other information architecture techniques.
