EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior UI/UX Researcher to strengthen the UX research practice at Hotel Corporation across key digital product teams.

You will split your time between the Sales/Meetings and Events team and the Search team, guiding research from planning through synthesis and sharing clear insights to shape product decisions. Qualificações

• 3+ years as a user experience researcher.
• Experience with digital web, mobile web, and native app research.
• Interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, usability testing and unmoderated UX techniques.
• Strong research design, facilitation and analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate findings via presentations and written docs.
• Collaborative with researchers, designers and product teams; lean/agile practices.
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
