We expect solid software development experience, proficiency with APIs, distributed systems, databases, Git, testing, cloud environments, and strong technical communication. Nice-to-have: Docker/Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, observability, and AI/LLM experience.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving high-quality systems, taking part in technical decisions and contributing directly to the architecture and evolution of our products.

We are looking for someone who is not just an excellent programmer, but who can understand business problems, propose solutions, make technical decisions, and use AI as a natural part of the development process.

AI is part of engineering here: practical knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence are requirements for this position. We expect use of tools like Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalents, for analysis, implementation, refactoring, and debugging, building efficient prompts and context, understanding existing codebases, and critically reviewing AI-produced code, catching errors, hallucinations, vulnerabilities, and poor architectural decisions.
